Of course, we cannot cure anything with soap, but if we can keep the symptoms at bay, that's a win in any book!

The Pine Tar is added at 10% with oatmeal.

We added Oatmeal in a fine powder to help calm the skin because Psoriasis cause a redness, irritation. The oatmeal will help sooth and exfoliate the skin as the Pine Tar does it’s work.
