The fragrance notes:
A 1920s barbershop fragrance is typically rich, warm, and nostalgic. It combines classic notes like fresh citrus—often lemon or bergamot—with a blend of spices such as clove and nutmeg. This is layered with herbal undertones like lavender, a signature note in old-school colognes, which adds a clean, comforting element. There’s also usually a hint of powder, reminiscent of the talc barbers would use, giving it a soft, velvety edge. Finally, grounding it all is a base of woody and earthy scents, often featuring sandalwood, cedar, and musk. The result is a refined, masculine, and timeless scent.

The soap’s scent is more spicy than pumpkin-y, but you can still smell the pumpkin. It smells kind of like a fall candle, in a good way. Its lather is also rich and luxurious. The pumpkin detail on the top is so cute! I love that I could get this soap at such a discounted price.

I can attest that this salve is very effective on itchy bug bites - instant & long-lasting relief. I have tried first aide salves from several home businesses over the years. They've all been satisfactory, but the salves here are a cut above.
This is my FAVORITE soap. I work out quite a bit and frequently got zits--not anymore! If you or a loved one is prone to breakouts on their body (back, shoulders, etc), this is the soap for you. Doesn't over-dry your skin. I would highly recommend it!
